Order details are sent over a Secure Server for your protection. Returns & refunds We have a no quibbles assurance that if there is any damage to your purchase in transit, please notify us by in writing or email within 48 hours of receiving goods and we will replace these goods. The damaged item must be returned so that we may lodge a claim with the carrier. The freight associated with this is the responsibility of the buyer. Please be assured that we pack very well and breakage is rare. Cancellations Once orders are dispatched, cancellations are not possible. No other returns will be accepted. Fragrance preferences vary from person to person, so what one customer may like, another may not. If you are unsure about a fragrance please order in small quantities first. Delivery Once in receipt of funds orders are dispatched the following day via courier. Freight costs Candle are delivered in boxes. Each box takes up to 5 candles.
